Everything here is a digital file. Nothing is printed, nothing is posted, and no courier is involved at any point.
What happens after you pay
- The order is confirmed. Payment is taken by Shopify Payments at checkout; we never see or store your card details.
- An email goes out. It reaches the address you typed at checkout, normally inside a minute, and it carries the download link.
- The link opens the PDF. It does not expire, so you can come back to it from another device later.
If the email does not arrive
Look in the spam and promotions folders first — automated mail lands there more often than people expect. Then check the address you entered; a single wrong character is the usual cause.
If it is still missing, write to support@horizonco.online with your order number and we will send the link again by hand. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 London time.
What you are buying
A PDF, laid out to read as comfortably on a phone as on a laptop. Each guide stands on its own: nothing is a subscription, nothing renews, and the copy stays yours.
The guides are educational reading. They explain how budgets, credit files, savings arrangements and tax returns are built. They do not take your personal circumstances into account and are not financial, legal or tax advice.
Refunds
Within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, including after the file has been opened. Write to support@horizonco.online and the refund returns to the card used. The full wording is on the Refund policy page.
